JSS 450V Type Sewage Lifter

Equipment Overview

The JSS450V sewage lifting device is a sewage transportation equipment with internal and external pump configurations, suitable for discharging sewage and waste from sanitary facilities in venues such as clubs, primary and secondary schools, subways, and airports. The lifting device is equipped with a front-mounted alloy cutting blade at the pump inlet, featuring a cutting function

The sewage ejector pump with cutting function shreds and pulverizes debris in the wastewater as it enters the pump, then discharges it into the municipal sewer network. The one-piece polyethylene collection tank can be connected in series with either two or three units.

Equipment composition

The JSS450V sewage lifting unit consists of two submersible pumps with crushing and cutting functions, one or two 450L polyethylene sump tanks, a manual diaphragm pump (optional), a piping valve assembly, a level controller, a base, and its accessories.

1. **Collection Tank**: The airtight and watertight collection tank is designed to gather and store wastewater discharged from sanitary facilities, isolating gases and odors while providing multiple vertical and horizontal interfaces.

The water collection tank is made of polyethylene (PE) and formed by rotational molding in one piece, ensuring durability and strength. It features impact resistance, corrosion resistance, and can withstand an internal pressure of no less than 0.10 MPa. Additionally, it meets the external load requirements (100 kg) for maintenance personnel to perform repairs while carrying tools.

The water collection tank is equipped with three DN150 horizontal inlets, with the center of each inlet located 700mm above the ground. Each tank has two horizontal interfaces for parallel connection.

The booster can be equipped with a maximum of 3 water collection tanks, which need to be assembled on-site. The external dimensions of a single standard water collection tank are 780 x 920 x 960.

2. Cutting-type sewage pump: The pump inlet is equipped with an alloy-made cutting blade, which can cut and shred debris such as fabric strips and sanitary products in the sewage before discharging.

① Impeller: Semi open structure vortex blade, made of HT250 cast iron integral resin sand casting.

② Cutting knife: made of alloy or stainless steel material, installed at the inlet of the water pump, can crush various flexible garbage and prevent water pump blockage.

③ Motor: YX3 series motor, insulation class F (155°C), protection class IP68, capable of starting up to 20 times per hour.

④ Shaft: Made of 2Gr13 material, designed as a cantilever short shaft, coaxial with the motor. It eliminates bending, extends the service life of mechanical seals and bearings, and reduces vibration and noise. The dynamic balance meets the G6.3 standard.

⑤ Bearing: Standard sealed spherical roller bearing capable of withstanding axial and radial loads under any operating conditions. The bearing is lubricated with grease, with a maximum operating temperature of ≤75°C and a service life of no less than 100,000 hours.

⑥ Shaft Seal: FUI series balanced single mechanical seal with a sealing surface material of silicon carbide/hard alloy; the O-ring is made of nitrile rubber; all other sealing components are made of 304 stainless steel, capable of withstanding continuous working loads of up to 620kPa, with a service life not less than

30,000 hours.

3. Level Sensor:

① Utilize a stable and reliable sewage water level pressure switch. Convert the sewage pressure into equivalent air pressure. When the pressure rises to the actuation water level value, the normally closed contact opens while the normally open contact closes, achieving functional conversion. When the pressure drops to the reset water level value, the normally open contact opens while the normally closed contact closes, restoring the initial function.

The sewage level pressure switch integrated control system provides on-site display of high alarm level, pump activation level, pump shutdown level, and low alarm level. It enables local automatic control of pump startup and shutdown, transmits liquid level signals to the EMS in the control room, and facilitates remote monitoring by the EMS, water level alarms, and level gauge failure alarms.
