The maintenance free closed intelligent sewage elevator can be widely used in underground facilities that require strong sewage discharge, such as civil defense projects, basements, subway stations, underground passages, bathrooms, and other places where sewage cannot be discharged smoothly. The traditional method for solving underground facility sewage is to set up sewage treatment facilities and then use sewage pumps to pump the sewage into the outdoor sewage pipe network. However, this form of discharge has many drawbacks. Due to the complex impurities in the sewage, including substances that are extremely difficult to crush such as iron wire and bottle caps, it is difficult to avoid damage to the sewage pump caused by blockage, and it must be cleaned regularly. The odor emitted from the sewage pit not only pollutes the environment but also causes great harm to the health of the cleaning personnel.
Working principle of maintenance free closed intelligent sewage elevator:
The elevator adopts a stamped sealed sewage tank and operates in a fully sealed state; The elevator will be equipped with two to four sets of independent and alternating sewage discharge devices based on the user's incoming water volume. Now, the working principle will be explained:
(1) In the elevator: when one of the devices is discharging sewage, the other sewage discharge devices can receive the user's drainage normally without affecting the user's normal use;
(2) Firstly, the solid substances in the sewage are filtered through the "reverse osmosis" filtration component, leaving all impurities and pollutants in the filtration chamber to avoid direct contact with the sewage pump, thereby eliminating entanglement and blockage, and extending the service life of the water pump by more than 5 times.
(3) The filtered sewage enters the water storage chamber for treatment through a mesh stainless steel guide vane; When its liquid level capacity reaches the specified value, the liquid level monitor sends a data signal to the central PLC programmable control system to notify the sewage pump to start working;
(4) The sewage pump takes water from the bottom of the storage chamber to mix the sediment with the sewage, avoiding the adsorption of pollutants on the wall of the storage chamber; Then, the sewage is introduced back into the filtration chamber through a mesh diversion pipe, and the "backwash" function is used to discharge impurities and solid particles in the filtration chamber into the outdoor sewage well or pipe network with the pressure water flow. The backwash effect has been tested to be excellent.

(1) The water quality treated by the elevator may contain corrosive components, so the standard configuration is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel material (other materials can also be selected according to user and working conditions); The entire equipment has a unique process: the components are cold drawn and argon arc welded, with single-sided welding and double-sided forming technology, which has excellent strength and eliminates water leakage and poor sealing; After the completion of the complete set of equipment, the inner surface is first acid washed and then subjected to anti-oxidation treatment, and the outer surface is first brushed, acid washed, and finally passivated. In this way, the anti-corrosion strength of the material is more than doubled after the inner and outer surface treatment, and the outer surface is easier to maintain and look beautiful;
(2) The elevator is equipped with multiple sets of independent and alternating sewage discharge functions; When there is a sewage discharge device in operation, the device uses our company's independently developed one-way check silent valve to completely isolate the system from the external pipeline, ensuring normal operation without impacting the external pipeline network and maximizing user safety;
(3) The filter chamber structure with independent intellectual property rights adopts the most advanced reverse osmosis technology currently on the market. Through the combination of an extended hole screen and a pressure bearing sleeve, impurities and dirt are completely isolated. The clever design of the structure also has anti clogging function; The entire filter chamber is made of all stainless steel material, and the use of stamping and welding one-time forming technology enhances the strength of the components and greatly extends their service life;
(4) The elevator control system adopts an integrated central controller for centralized control, avoiding the occurrence of manual start stop misoperation; The intelligent and fully automatic control system eliminates the need for dedicated personnel to be on duty in the pump room, saving multiple expenses and improving work efficiency; At the same time, the pump station can optionally be equipped with remote monitoring function: the operation information of pump stations in different locations can be transmitted to our after-sales service center through the Internet, so that professionals can timely understand the operation of equipment, so as to provide users with more timely and convenient services;
(5) All valves of the elevator are equipped with our company's independently developed specialized sewage valves, which solve the disadvantages of ordinary valves such as easy entanglement, loose closure, and loud noise caused by impurities in sewage;
