GY-T1 series unpowered oil separation equipment is an unpowered oil-water separation tool. By installing a special spoiler settling device inside, when oily wastewater flows into the first stage (slag removal), the debris basket completely intercepts the solid debris (such as vegetable leaves, rice residue, etc.) inside; After entering the second stage (floating oil), the kinetic energy of the water flow is utilized to continuously collide from small to large, thereby accelerating the movement and achieving separation and stratification of oil and water with different densities; After entering the third stage (oil removal), the waste oil undergoes turbulent flow along the baffle under siphon action, using density difference to separate oil and water; Finally, the wastewater flows from the overflow weir into the collection tank and is discharged through the outlet. And the oil droplets in the water gather and flow upwards, floating on the upper surface of the oil separation tank, and are discharged by the oil removal device. The GY-T1 series unpowered oil separation equipment cleverly combines the mesh filtration method, gravity separation method, mechanical gap method, and siphon principle, enabling it to achieve oil, water, and slag separation through four to five levels of deep treatment such as slag removal, oil flotation, and oil dispersion in a reasonable space, meeting the national third level emission standard.
