Product Overview
JSDK is a new generation product independently developed by Jingshui based on JSDQ's mature products. The product adopts a brand new industrial hydraulic structure design, and its energy efficiency index can reach MEI ≥ 0.7. It has the characteristics of energy saving, low noise, environmental protection, compact structure, beautiful appearance, light weight, easy use and maintenance, and high reliability.
JSDK is a non self suction vertical multi-stage centrifugal pump installed with a standard motor. The motor shaft is directly connected to the pump shaft through a coupling with the pump head. A protective device can be configured as needed to effectively protect the pump from dry running, missing items, overload, and other conditions. To meet the installation depth of the sink or container, a cavity can be installed to change the length of the pump itself. The length of different stages can be found in the size and weight table and the available product range.
Typical Applications
JSDK is used for conveying machine tool coolant, lubricants, condensate water, industrial invasive equipment, and other applications suitable for immersion pumps. It is suitable for different temperature, flow rate, and pressure ranges, and is specifically used for electric discharge machines, lathes, grinders, machining centers, cooling devices, industrial cleaning equipment, filtration systems, etc.
Working conditions
Liquid: A clean, thin, non flammable, non explosive liquid that does not contain particles or fibers, or has physical and chemical properties similar to water
Liquid temperature: -20 ℃ to 70 ℃, 70 ℃ to 105 ℃
Environmental temperature: maximum+40 ℃
Altitude: less than 1000m
