JYWQ Series Self-Priming Mixing Sewage Pump

Product: The JYWQ series self-priming agitator sewage pump is a dry-install, self-priming sewage pump with automatic agitation.

Advantages:

Efficient self-priming and powerful agitation: It quickly creates a vacuum and pumps liquid without the need for a foot valve or water inlet. Its unique mechanical agitation mechanism (such as a rotating agitator or impeller) powerfully agitates the bottom sediment while pumping water, suspending and discharging compacted sludge and debris.

Strong anti-clogging capability: The spacious flow channel combined with the agitation function easily handles sewage containing impurities such as solid particles and fibers, effectively preventing clogging.

Dry-installation and easy maintenance: The motor and pump body are dry-installed, making installation, routine inspection, and maintenance extremely convenient without submersion.

Product Overview
JYWQ and JPWQ series automatic mixing sewage pumps use an automatic mixing device on the basis of ordinary sewage pumps. The device rotates with the motor shaft to produce extremely strong mixing force, mixing the sediment in the sewage pool into suspended solids, and sucking them into the pump for discharge, which improves the anti blocking and sewage discharge capacity of the pump, completes drainage, cleaning and desilting at one time, and saves operating costs. It is an environmental protection product with obvious progressiveness and practicality.

Note: JYWQ is a regular automatic mixing and discharging pump
JPWQ is an automatic mixing and discharging pump with a stainless steel jacket and internal circulation cooling system
