Equipment Overview
The JSPD type crushing and cutting double box sewage elevator is a sewage conveying equipment consisting of two series connected water collection tanks, a crushing device, and an external cutting pump combination structure. It is suitable for the discharge of sewage and pollutants from underground sanitation facilities in subways, airports, parks, hospitals, and primary and secondary schools.
The device uses the crushing device of the 1 # water collection tank to crush the pollutants contained in the sewage when they enter the water collection tank. The pollutants are then discharged into the municipal sewage network by the water pump or cut by the alloy knife of the cutting pump configured in the 2 # water collection tank before being discharged. The device can be used continuously without stopping under any circumstances, ensuring the user's continuous use.
Equipment Composition
The JSPD series cutting type sewage elevator mainly consists of two closed stainless steel water collection tanks, a crushing device, a large channel sewage pump, a cutting pump, pipeline valve components, a liquid level controller, a base and its accessories.
Water collection tank: A closed stainless steel water collection tank is used to collect and store sewage discharged from sanitary facilities.
① The water collection tank is made of impact resistant and corrosion-resistant 304 stainless steel plate, which is welded using single-sided welding and double-sided forming argon arc welding technology. The inner surface of the water collection tank is treated with anti-oxidation treatment.
② The wall thickness of the water collection tank and its connecting components can withstand an internal pressure of not less than 0.10MPa, while meeting the external load requirements (100kg) for maintenance personnel to carry out maintenance with tools.
③ The water collection tank is equipped with a closed inlet (the inlet position can be set according to the actual location of the user's site), outlet, exhaust port (not less than DN50), backwash interface, drain port, maintenance port and other reserved interfaces.
④ The water collection tank is completely airtight and water tight, with no odor leakage.
⑤ The external dimensions of a single standard water collection tank are 1000X700X1000 and 1200X700X1000 (different specifications can be made according to the user's usage location).
Crushing device: Thoroughly crush hard solid objects (such as wooden sticks, bamboo strips, mineral water bottles, shoes, small stones, iron nails, short steel bars, etc.) and soft flexible impurities (such as cloth strips, plastic bags, rubber gloves, condoms, women's sanitary napkins, sanitary tampons, etc.). Can operate continuously under dry/wet conditions.

① The crushing device consists of two independent cutting blades and washers installed on two parallel axes, alternately overlapping to achieve spiral cutting, and generating strong squeezing force under the drive of two axes.
② The crushing device is controlled by a control box and can form an independent and complete system. When solid blockage occurs, the control box will send a signal to the crushing device, causing the blade to automatically reverse, remove the obstacle, and allow it to re-enter for crushing.
③ The start and stop time of the crushing device can be set according to the amount of pollutants in the sewage. Cutting type sewage pump: The inlet of the water pump is equipped with an alloy cutting blade, which can cut and crush the cloth strips, sanitary products and other pollutants contained in the sewage before placing them.

① Impeller: Semi open structure vortex blade, made of HT250 cast iron integral resin sand casting.

② Cutting knife: made of alloy or stainless steel material, installed at the inlet of the water pump, can crush various flexible garbage and prevent water pump blockage.
③ Motor: YX3 series motor, insulated with F-class 155 ℃, protection level IP55, cooling method Ic411, can start up to 20 times per hour.
④ Shaft: Made of 2Gr13 material, with a cantilever short shaft design, coaxial with the motor, which can eliminate winding, extend the life of the machine seal and bearings, and reduce vibration and noise. The dynamic balance meets the requirement of G6.3 level.
⑤ Bearings: Standard sealed spherical rolling bearings that can withstand axial and radial loads under any operating conditions. The bearings are lubricated with grease, with a working temperature of ≤ 75 ℃ and a lifespan of no less than 100000 hours.
⑥ Shaft seal: FUI series balanced single end mechanical seal, sealing surface material is silicon carbide/hard alloy; The O-ring is made of nitrile rubber; The remaining seals are made of 304 stainless steel material, which can adapt to a continuous working load of 620kPa and have a service life of not less than 30000 hours.
Liquid level sensor:
① Adopting a stable and reliable sewage level pressure switch. Convert the pressure of sewage into equivalent air pressure. When the pressure rises to the operating water level, the normally closed contact opens and the normally open contact opens, achieving functional conversion. After the pressure drops to the reset water level, the normally open contact opens and the normally closed contact opens, restoring the initial function.
② The sewage water level pressure switch joint control system provides local high alarm water level, pump on water level, pump off water level, and low alarm water level display, and realizes local automatic control of water pump start and stop, outputting liquid level signals to the control room EMCS, realizing remote monitoring, water level alarm, and liquid level meter fault alarm of the control room EMCS.

When the equipment is working normally, open gate valve 1 (inlet pipe gate valve of 1 # water collection tank), close gate valve 10 (inlet pipe gate valve of 2 # water collection tank), and open gate valve 8 (connecting pipe gate valve of water collection tank). Sewage enters No. 3 (1 # stainless steel collection tank) through the inlet pipe and No. 1 from the inlet 1 and No. 2 respectively. No. 2 (crushing device mechanism) crushes the pollutants in the sewage into particles of 6-8mm, which are stored in No. 3 (1 # collection tank) and No. 11 (2 # stainless steel collection tank) along with the sewage. When the sewage level in the collection tank reaches the pump start level set by No. 14 (1 # collection tank liquid level sensor) and No. 15 (2 # collection tank liquid level sensor), No. 5 (1 # large channel sewage pump) and No. 13 (2 # cutting sewage pump) are alternately started to discharge the sewage and pollutants stored in No. 3 and No. 11 into the municipal sewage network.
When maintenance is required for No. 2 (crushing device mechanism), close No. 1 (1 # water collection tank inlet pipe gate valve) and No. 8 (water collection tank connecting pipe gate valve), open No. 10 (2 # water collection tank inlet pipe gate valve), and sewage enters No. 11 (2 # stainless steel water collection tank) through No. 10 (2 # water collection tank inlet pipe gate valve). When the sewage level in the water collection tank reaches the pump start level set by No. 15 (2 # water collection tank level sensor), No. 13 (cutting sewage pump) starts to discharge sewage while cutting and crushing the dirt in the sewage to prevent blockage.
When maintenance is required for No. 13 (cutting type sewage pump), close No. 12 (inlet valve of No. 2 water pump) and No. 10 (gate valve of inlet pipe of No. 2 water collection tank). Sewage enters No. 3 (1 # stainless steel water collection tank) through the inlet pipes of No. 1 and No. 2 respectively. No. 2 (crushing device mechanism) crushes the pollutants in the sewage into particles of 6-8mm, which are stored together with the sewage in No. 3 (1 # water collection tank) and No. 11 (2 # stainless steel water collection tank). When the sewage level in the collection tank reaches the pump start level set by No. 14 (level sensor of No. 1 water collection tank), No. 5 (large channel sewage pump) starts and discharges the sewage into the municipal sewage pipe network. When maintenance is required for the No. 5 (large channel sewage pump), close the No. 4 (water pump inlet gate valve) and No. 10 (2 # water collection tank inlet pipe gate valve), and the sewage enters the No. 3 (1 # stainless steel water collection tank) through the inlet pipes and No. 1 from the No. 1 and No. 2 inlets respectively. The No. 2 (crushing device mechanism) crushes the sewage into particles of 6-8mm, which are stored in the No. 3 (1 # water collection tank) and No. 11 (2 # stainless steel water collection tank) along with the sewage. When the sewage level in the collection tank reaches the pump start level set by the No. 15 (1 # water collection tank level sensor), the No. 13 (cutting sewage pump) starts and discharges the sewage into the municipal sewage pipe network.
