ZS Stainless Steel Horizontal Single-Stage End Suction Pump

The ZS type stainless steel horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump is made using advanced processes such as stainless steel plate stamping, bulging, and welding. It is the first new generation centrifugal pump in China and can replace traditional IS pumps and general corrosion-resistant pumps. Application
ZS type stainless steel horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump is a versatile product with a wide range of applications. It can transport various media including water or industrial liquids, and is suitable for different temperature, flow rate, and pressure ranges. Its typical applications mainly include the following aspects:
Water supply: filtration, transportation, and zoning of water supply by the water plant, as well as main pipeline pressurization;
Industrial pressurization: process water system, cleaning system;
Industrial liquid transportation: boiler feedwater, condensing system, cooling and air conditioning system, machine tool matching, weak acid and alkali transportation;
Water treatment: distillation systems or separators, swimming pools, etc;
Irrigation of farmland, medical and health care, etc.
Installation requirements
The ZS stainless steel horizontal single-stage centrifugal pump is a pump shaft direct connection type, consisting of a pump, a pump shaft, and a standard motor:
The pump should be installed in a ventilated and anti freezing place;
The installation of the pump should ensure that it is not affected by the tension of the system pipeline during use;
If the pump is installed outdoors, a suitable cover must be provided to prevent electrical components from entering water or condensing;
In order to facilitate inspection and maintenance, sufficient space must be left around the unit;
The electrical wiring device should ensure that the pump is not damaged by phase loss, unstable voltage, leakage, and overload;
The pump should be installed horizontally on the base, with the horizontal direction being the pump's suction port and the vertical direction being the pump's discharge port.

Operating conditions
Clean, thin, non flammable and non explosive liquid that does not contain solid particles and fibers;
Liquid with a temperature between -20 ℃ and+100 ℃;
The maximum ambient temperature is+40 ℃;
The highest altitude is 1000 meters;
The maximum pressure of the system is 10 bar.
