This series of pump adopts the unique impeller structure. Compared with the traditional impeller, this pump adopts the form of single flow passage or dual flow passages, which is very similar to the bending tube with the same section area. Therefore, the pump possesses quite good overflowing features, equipped with reasonable volute, the pump has quite high efficiency; the impeller has passed the static and dynamic equilibrium so that the pump is quite stable and reliable in operation.

This series pump has advanced and highly efficient hydraulic performance. It has diversified structure and means of installation, which could simplify the pump station and save the investment.

Service conditions
 media temperature s no more than 60 degree, the media intensity is 120okg/m3 and the PH value ranges from 5 to 9.

Under general circumstances, the pump must be used within stipulated range of head to ensure the overload of the electric motor. lf it's required to used in the whole head range, please note while placing the order so that the manufacturer could prepare it in time.

In the operation process, the curent in the electric pump shall not exceed the rated current of the electric motor.

The exposed part of the pump and electric motor without the internal gravity circularand cooling system out of the liquid level shall not exceed 1/3 of the whole height.

Alert
It's prohibited to pull the cable with force.
When the submerged electric pump is under operation,it shall be dived completely and it's prohibited for dehydration operation.
When the electric pump is operating,ensure the reliable earthing and it's prohibited for the people or animal to approach the working area or touch the electric pump.
lt's prohibited to use used under or over the stipulated range of head to avoid the overload operation of the electric pump.
When being a litle bit far away from the power source,the cable line must be correspondingly thickened to avoid the low voltage.
After shutdown of the power sourceof theelectric pump,it couldbedrawnoutofthewatersuraceonlyafertheelectrcmotorofthepumpgetingcold, so as to avoid the explosin and other accidents.

Features of the WQ series pump

It's designed by utilizing the big flow channel and blockage-resistance hydraulic components,which greatly improves the passage competence of the waste as the fiber substance thre times of the pump caliber and the solid granule with the diameter of 30%of the pump caliber.

The mechanical seal adopts the dual channel series seal and the materials are hard anti-erosive tungsten carbide,which is durable and hard wearing,ensuring the safe operation of the pump for over 26,000 hours.

The grease probe is set in the fully secure submersible sewage pump chamber. When the mechanical seal at the side of the pump is damaged,the water will enter the chamber and the probe gives the signal and protects the pump.

The full automatic safe and protective control cabinet could be equipped according to the user's requirements to supervise the water leakage, creepage,overload and temperature excess of the pump and ensure the reliable and safe operation of the pump.

Under different circumstances, the motor could adopt the water jacketed external circulation cooling system,which ensures the safe operation of the electric pump under water-free(dry)status.

The floating ball switch is subject to change with reference to the water level required to automatically control the starting up and stoppage of the pump andit's not necessary for a person to look after it.

Using the lift motor is running,but must be in required range.

There are two kinds of installation,fixed automatic coupling installation and mobile installation.Can be used in different places.

The dual lead rail automatic coupling installation system brings great convenience to the installation and maintenance of the pump and people are not necessary to enter the sewage pit.

Structure explanation of WQ series pump

Pump and impeller

It's repeatedly modified, calculated and designed by adopting the CAD technologies with reference to the latest hydraulic models, so that the pump body and the impeller are excellently matched, the flow channel i the widest, the sewage discharge capacity is the perfect and the equilibrium test of the impeller is strictly performed, therefore the vibration is reduced to the minimum and maximally lengthens the service life of the bearing and the mechanical seals.

Electric motor

The specially designed and manufactured submerged electric motor and the stator winding of the motor are Grade Finsulation. The upper limit working temperature of the insulation materials is 130 degree. In addition, the winding is connected with over-temperature protection components and protection will be exercised the on the electric motor by the electric controlled cabinet.

Cooling of the electric motor

When the power of the motor is over 18. 5kw, the inside of the pump could be installed with cooling system for the motor. Part of the liquid pressed out of the impeller flows into the periphery of the stator chamber for cooling, which guarantees the normal cooling of the electric motor when the water pump works at the lowest water level.

Mechanical seal

The mechanical seal is made by the famous manufacturers, selecting the durable friction materials low in friction index;the rubber piece is the oil proof butyronitrile rubber and the metal piece is the stainless steel. Under normal conditions, the product could operate without failure for over 8, 000 hours.

Bearings

The upper bearing is the deep groove ball bearing, to support the radial action force;the lower bearing is to support the radial and axial action forces;the selection of angular contact ball bearing could fully satisfy the effect to remove the axial action force. The imported or domestic noted brands of the bearings are used and it's not subject to damage in the service period of the pump. Sealing of the cable and electric motors.

Airproof of cable and motor

The cable selects the heavy rubber coating soft cable resisting the sewage and its mechanical intensity, oil resistance, cable lead section and current carrying competence of the cable are selected on the basis of 40 degree(not on the regular basis of 25 degree) under long term service period. Therefore, under normal condition, the current carrying competence of the cable has sufficient margin and longer service life. The gland bush compresses the lock ring of the cable tofix it. The cable adopts the color sign and digital sign, to make it easier for identification and connection of the cables. There is no earthing sign within the connection cavity and in the electric control cabinet and the earthing fastener and cable are strictly grounded, being safe and reliable. In the assembly process, the O-shape circle, cable seal and mechanical seal of each pump shall be strictly tested to ensure the reliable sealofthe cavity of the electric motor, including the connection cavity.

Oil chamber

In adition to lubricating the mechanical seals, the oil in the chamber could also take off the heat of the bearing. The oil chamber is also attached with the security function for liquid penetration. The water leakage probe could be installed in the oil chamber as the water penetrating to the oil chamber from the side of pump reaches certain density, the leakage probe will give alert to stop the pump by electric control cabinet and inform the operator to change the oil or maintain the mechanical seal.

Explanation of the protective devices

The overheating protection component is the electric apparatus controlled by temperature and embedded in the stator winding of the electric motor. Under abnormal operation status, when the winding temperature value reaches the set value of the overheating protection component, itwill urn on the indication light and automaticallystop the motor. Then it willinform the operator to check and find out the reason of the overheating. When the winding temperature decreases, the motor will recover to starting-up status.

(1)Protection device

The pump with the power less than 7. 5kw could be set with motor winding overheating protection component and water leakage probe;the pump with the power over 11kw could be set with motor winding overheating protection component, floater switch, and water leakage probe;the protection device functions only connected with the special electric control cabinet for submersible sewage pump. Though the electric control cabinet for submersible sewage pump of our company is optional for supply, for the safe and reliable operation of your pump, particularly for the prevention of burning motor it's the wise choice for you to choose our protection device. When the user has their own electric control cabinet, in case of the electric technical problems, particularly in protection devices, please contact our electric control cabinet professional group of our company.

(2)Water leakage probe

The water leakage probe serves to inspect the leakage of water. The two poles at one end of the probe are mutually insulated and have certain space;the lead of the pole is connected to the electric control cabinet by the cable. When the water penetrating to the oil chamber from the side of pump reaches certain density, or the connection cavity of the electric motor is slightly fed with water, the two poles of the probe will be connected, give alert to stop the pump by electric control cabinet(indicating light on) and inform the operator to change the oil or maintain the mechanical seal. When the connection cavity is fed with water, the alert will stop the pump to prevent the short circuit and inform the personnel to immediately adopt the maintenance measures.

(3)Floater switch

The floater switch serves to inspect whether the mechanical seal at the side of the motor is valid, whether the motor cavity is fed with water. The switch is installed underneath the motor cavity and the hollow cavity besides the bearing. The hollow cavity has holes to be connected with the bearing as when the mechanical seal at the side of the motor is invalid, the oil or water in the oil chamber will enter the cavity through the bearing chamber. The floaters will float off, give alert to stop the pump by electric control cabinet (indicating light on)and inform the operator to inspect the pump.

JYWQ Structure explanation

Mixing water delivery device:

On the basis of the mixing screws and inducer, it combines the features of the both. It's competent of the mixing in wide range and could induce the mixed sewage to enter the impeller quickly and discharge it soon.

Impeller:

Carefully designed by using the professional hydraulic software PCAD, featured by correct parameters, steady performance, unique design, blockage resistance and winding resistance. The motor is Grade Finsulation and the heat resistance is 125 degree. The protection grade is IP68, exercising effective sealing functions on the armature.

Seal:

Combining the fluid dynamic seal and double mechanical end face seal. The back blade is set on the impeller to reduce the pressure of the sealing cavity, decrease the axial force and guarantee longer service life and more efficiency.

Oil chamber:

The oil chamber is filled with clean oil, which could lubricate, cool the seals and prevent the leakage of the liquids. The pump is coaxial with the motor and the axle stretch is designed as short as possible to reduce the flexibility of the turning axle, lower the vibration and decrease the operation noise to lengthen the service life of the mechanical seal and bearings.

System:

the original pump could be set with whole supervision device;under the cooperation of the fully automatic protection control cabinet, it operates the alert on the overload, short circuit, leakage and over-temperature of the water pump, which improves the safety and reliability of the products. The stator winding is embedded with thermistance as when the stator temp erature reaches 120 degree, the pump will be stopped automatically.

Beautiful appearance:

the shell of the motor is designed to be made of stainless steel, which is not only anti-erosive, durable, but attractive. The leakage protector is set at the bottom of the electric cavity. When the mechanical seal encounters the leakage, the liquids enter the working chamber of the protector. When the penetrating liquid accumulates to certain height, the protector will give the alarm and automatically stop the operation of the pump. Then the maintenance taff shall inspect immediately and change the mechanical seal. If the stoppage is not allowed, the alert could be removed manually for further work.
