ZW Horizontal Direct-Connected End-Suction Self-Priming Pump

Product Overview
This pump combines self-priming and non clogging sewage discharge. It can be used without the need for a bottom valve or water injection like a typical water self-priming pump, and can also suck up pollutants containing large solid particles, long fibers, sediment, waste minerals, impurities, feces treatment, and all engineering wastewater, completely reducing the labor intensity of workers. It is also easy to use, move, install, requires minimal maintenance, and has stable performance.
Working conditions
1. Environmental temperature ≤ 45 ℃, medium temperature ≤ 60 ℃.
2. The pH value of the medium is 6-9 for cast iron pumps and 1-14 for stainless steel pumps.
3. The maximum diameter of the particles is 60% of the pump diameter, and the fiber length is 5 times the diameter.
4. The total weight of impurities in the medium shall not exceed 15% of the total weight of the medium, and the specific gravity of the medium shall not exceed 1240kg/m ³.
