QZB Series Submersible Axial Flow Pump

Product Introduction
Submersible pump stations have developed rapidly due to their simple civil construction, low project cost, convenient maintenance and management, simple operation, easy automation, high working reliability and beautiful landscape integration.
The core equipment of a submersible pump station is the submersible pump. QZB series submersible axial flow pumps and QHB series submersible mixed flow pumps are integrated electromechanical products that combine a motor with an axial flow pump/mixed flow pump, serving as upgraded alternatives to traditional long-shaft axial flow pumps and mixed flow pumps.
Except for the application scenarios, inlet and outlet conditions and characteristic parameters, submersible pumps are basically consistent with traditional long-shaft pumps, and have the following significant advantages:
• The total investment of the pump station project can be saved by more than 30%;
• The construction period can be saved by more than 40%;
• The installation time of the unit can be saved by more than 95%;
• The weight of the unit can be reduced by more than 50%;
• No need for flood control wall investment for the pump station;
• Low maintenance cost;
• No operation noise, easy to operate and suitable for automatic operation;
• The height of the ground building is low, the pump house can be omitted, and the pump station can even be built below ground level.
Therefore, new and existing customers of axial flow pumps and mixed flow pumps can conveniently replace traditional pumps with submersible pumps in new pump station projects, and renovate and update old pump stations. This pump type is mainly suitable for the following scenarios:
• Farmland irrigation and drainage;
• Municipal rainwater and light sewage discharge;
• Industrial process water and cooling water;
• Water diversion projects in water conservancy.
Our submersible pumps have 10 nominal discharge diameters: 350, 500, 600, 700, 800, 900, 1000, 1200, 1400, 1600mm. The flow rate ranges from 0.12 to 12m³/s, the head ranges from 2 to 14m, the power ranges from 7.5 to 630kW, and the voltage levels are 380V, 660V, 3kV, 6kV, 10kV.

Structure Description
QZB series submersible axial flow pumps and QHB series submersible mixed flow pumps consist of four main parts: water inlet bellmouth, impeller assembly, impeller casing and guide vane body.
The submersible motor is a fully sealed dry-type asynchronous motor, with the motor casing enclosing the motor. A static sealing device is installed at the cable outlet on the upper end of the motor, and a rotary sealing device is installed at the shaft penetration of the lower end cover. The submersible motor has all the safety and reliability features for submersible operation, with monitoring, alarm and protection devices for seal leakage, coil and bearing temperature rise. Early leakage that does not affect the normal operation of the motor will only trigger an alarm; when the coil temperature exceeds 135℃ and the bearing temperature exceeds 90℃, power-off protection will be activated. All protectors are monitored by a special protector for submersible pumps to ensure the safe use of the submersible pump.
