Automatic Backwashing Disc Filter

Usually installed after a centrifugal filter, it is used to remove finer suspended solids such as fine sand, powder particles, colloids, etc. from water.

Product Description

Product advantages and selling points:
High and stable filtering accuracy: The grooves on the surface of the laminated sheet can effectively "imprint" and trap impurities, ensuring reliable filtering effect.
Fully automatic operation, saving time and effort: After setting the pressure difference or time, backwashing can be fully automated without manual intervention, with a high degree of intelligence.
Efficient backwashing, water-saving: The backwashing process is fast (usually only takes a few seconds), consumes very little water (usually only a few tens of liters), and is energy-saving and environmentally friendly.
Modular design, flexible expansion: Multiple filters can be connected in parallel to form a filtering station, making it easy to meet high traffic demands. During maintenance, any unit can also be individually shut down.
Small footprint and high integration: Compared to sand and gravel filters, it has a smaller volume at the same flow rate.
Main applications:
Drip irrigation and micro sprinkler irrigation system: the core equipment that protects drip heads and nozzles from being blocked by small particles.
As a secondary filter: installed after the centrifugal filter or sand and gravel filter for security filtration.
Circulating water utilization system: filters and recovers fine suspended solids in water.
Fine agriculture scenes with high water quality requirements.

Main parameters

Processing flow

Complete models ranging from a few cubic meters to hundreds of cubic meters per hour, such as 10m ³/h, 50m ³/h, 100m ³/h, etc.

Filtering accuracy

The selection range is wide, from 20 mesh to 800 mesh (about 800 microns to 20 microns), with common ones being 120 mesh (130 μ m) and 200 mesh (75 μ m), which are the most commonly used accuracies for drip irrigation systems.

Work pressure

 usually 0.2-0.8 MPa.

Control mode

differential pressure drive, time control, or a combination of both, fully automatic operation.

Backwash method

Single units take turns backwashing without interruption, which does not affect the normal operation of the system.
