Product Overview
PBG type canned pipeline pump integrates the advanced international design and manufacturing technology of canned motors, applying the motor canning technology to the fluid transportation field, and is a new serialized product launched to meet the domestic market demand.
The performance parameters of PBG type canned pipeline pump series basically comply with the international standard ISO2858 and the national standard JB/T6878-2-93. It has outstanding features such as standardized design, high generalization degree, reasonable structure, stable performance, low operating noise and no vibration, and is an ideal product to replace conventional horizontal centrifugal pumps and vertical pipeline pumps.
The full series covers 67 varieties and 184 specifications, with performance range: flow rate 6.3~1080m³/h, head 12.5~125m, matching motor power 0.37~160kW, speed 1450r/min and 2900r/min.

Product Features
1. Compact Structure: Integrated motor and pump, small volume, vertical design with small installation footprint, stable operation, no adjustment required for installation.
2. Convenient Installation: Inlet and outlet with same specification flanges on the same centerline, can be installed on pipeline like a valve, low center of gravity facilitates pipeline layout.
3. Low Noise Operation: Pump and motor share the same shaft, short axial dimension, sliding bearings replace conventional rolling bearings, ensuring extremely low vibration and noise.
4. Complete Zero Leakage: Traditional shaft sealing method is eliminated, avoiding leakage of transported medium.
5. Easy Maintenance: No need to dismantle pipeline system, all rotor parts can be extracted for inspection and maintenance just by removing the connecting body nut.
6. Series/Parallel Operation: Can be operated in series or parallel according to required flow rate and head.
Main Applications
1. General Type: Used for transporting clean water and other liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water. Medium temperature ≤80℃. Suitable for industrial and urban water supply and drainage, booster water supply for high-rise buildings, garden irrigation, fire boosting, long-distance transportation, heating and refrigeration circulation, hot and cold water circulation pressurization for bathrooms and equipment supporting. Especially suitable for occasions with high requirements for vibration and noise, such as underground pump rooms and air conditioning refrigeration systems.
2. Hot Water Type: Mainly used for transporting soft water without solid particles at temperature up to 160℃. Suitable for energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile, paper-making industries, as well as hot water circulation boosting and transportation for boilers in hotels, restaurants and bathrooms, and circulation in urban heating systems.
3. Anti-corrosion Type: Used for transporting non-solid corrosive liquids with viscosity similar to water. Suitable for petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, electric power, paper-making, food, pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber industries.
