Product Overview
The JSL series vertical single-stage single-suction pipeline centrifugal pump is developed by our R&D team in collaboration with domestic pump experts. It adopts high-efficiency hydraulic models and the performance parameters of IS-type centrifugal pumps, with ingenious structural optimizations based on general vertical pumps. Derivative variants for hot water, high-temperature media and corrosive fluids are available to accommodate different working temperatures and medium characteristics. This series features high efficiency, energy conservation, low noise and reliable performance.

Product Features
1. Vertical structure; identical inlet & outlet bores arranged on the same central axis. It can be installed inline like a valve, featuring compact outline, small footprint and low civil engineering investment. Equipped with protective hoods, the pump can be deployed outdoors.
2. The impeller is directly mounted on the motor extension shaft, resulting in ultra-short axial length and compact structure. Optimized matching of pump and motor bearings effectively balances radial and axial loads generated during operation, ensuring stable pump operation with low vibration and noise.
3. The shaft seal adopts mechanical seal or combined mechanical seal, fitted with imported titanium alloy sealing rings, medium-temperature high-resistance mechanical seals and hard alloy wear-resistant sealing materials, which greatly extend the service life of mechanical seals.
4. Easy installation and maintenance without dismantling the pipeline system: all rotating parts can be extracted after removing the pump coupling nut.
5. Pumps can be connected in series or parallel according to required flow rate and head.
6. Vertical or horizontal installation is optional to match different pipeline layout requirements.

1. JSL Vertical Pipeline Centrifugal Pump
Delivers clean water and other liquids with physical & chemical properties similar to water. Widely used in industrial & municipal water supply & drainage, high-rise building booster water supply, garden irrigation, fire boosting, long-distance transportation, heating & refrigeration circulation, hot & cold water pressurization for bathrooms and equipment supporting. Operating temperature: <80℃.
2. JSRG(GRG) Vertical High-temperature Hot Water Circulation Pump
Suitable for energy, metallurgy, chemical, textile and paper industries, as well as high-temperature hot water booster circulation for hotel boiler heating systems and municipal heating networks.
• JSR type: Operating temperature <120℃
• GRG type: Operating temperature <240℃
3. JSH Vertical Pipeline Chemical Pump
Transports solid-free corrosive liquids with water-like viscosity. Applied in petroleum, chemical, metallurgy, power, papermaking, food pharmaceutical and synthetic fiber industries. Operating temperature: -20℃ ~ 120℃.
4. JSY(YG) Vertical Pipeline Oil Pump
Transports gasoline, kerosene, diesel and other petroleum products. Medium temperature range: -20℃ ~ +120℃.
5. JSGD Vertical Low-speed Centrifugal Pump
Designed for scenarios with strict low-noise requirements and air conditioning circulation systems.
